We Do SEO & The REEL Project
The Reel Project (TRP) is a multifaceted nonprofit organization dedicated to producing humanitarian films and media projects that serve vulnerable populations. Originally founded to assist displaced people from the Democratic Republic of Congo, our mission has expanded to support refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), survivors, and returnee communities across Africa and the developing world.
TRP’s Commitment
When the international community declared Katanga Province in the DRC safe, The Reel Project began documenting a powerful story of return and renewal. Our goal was to encourage and inspire more than 22,000 refugees—who had endured years in a five-square-mile camp in Kampala, Zambia—to reclaim their homes and rebuild their lives. With nothing more than two handheld cameras, we captured their resilience and hope. Today, our commitment continues as we work to support children and families across Africa with the resources they need to thrive.
